Employees
As an employee, you should be able to log in automatically using your Kering credentials. If you are an internal employee based in one of the countries in our scope and you are encountering login issues, we invite you to call the Help Desk.
Friends/Guests
In order to log onto Kering Privé, you need to register first. To do this, click the "Register Now" button located on your Invitation email. Once your registration has been completed, the email and password used in the Registration form will be your login credentials. If you forget your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" link on the Login page to reset it. If the login issues persist, please contact the friend who invited you to the sale. They will be able to contact our customer support team via the Help Center on the Kering Privé website.
